“2 in 1” is about the parts that make up the whole. This unique individual is made up of all the same parts as everybody else in the world but brings something special and unique to the world. It so happens that she is also pregnant and she expresses the “2 in 1” miracle of biology.
The brain within the skull creates tension in the image combining death with the new life of pregnancy, but also expressses cycles and time. Her left hand holds the evolutionary theory of the hand being responsible for the development of the brain while her right hand expresses a touch of the delicate.
